Privacy
This page covers the only personal information this website collects: what you type into the contact form.
What we collect
The contact form collects your name, email address, what you need, when you would like to start, how you would like us to reach you, your description of the project, and optionally a company or project name and a phone number. Nothing else on this site collects personal information.
Why we collect it
So that we can read your enquiry and reply to it. That is the only purpose.
How it is handled
Submissions are sent by email to [email protected] through Amazon Simple Email Service in its Cape Town region, and are not stored on our web server. If email delivery is ever unavailable, your browser opens a pre-filled email instead, so nothing is lost.
How long we keep it
Enquiry emails are kept for as long as the conversation is useful, and deleted on request.
Analytics and tracking
This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party tracking scripts. Your sound preference is stored in your own browser and never leaves your device.
Your choices
To ask what we hold, to correct it, or to have it deleted, email [email protected] and we will action it.
